Accordion Accordion Accordion!!!
I have one. It's my dad's. It's a 3/4 size (I think) with 3 and a half octaves of piano keys on one side and 120 buttons on the other. He sent it to me because he loves me, and also because he has a new one and I pestered him for the old one until he couldn't stand it anymore. Now I have music in my room that I make all by myself whenever I want. Did you know that you can play Scott Joplin rags on the accordion? I didn't. Not that hard, either, but superfun.

I will learn to play without looking at the keys, I will I will I will.

Oh. I've also recently become acquainted with the practice rooms at Columbia. Who knew you could walk in as if you belong there and nobody gives you a second thought? The pianos aren't wonderful (Yamaha uprights, pretty standard) but there seem to be enough that I've never seen them all in use at a time. Accessible musical instruments are so nice to have.

Current Music: Euphonic Sounds.

Also maybe some other sounds.
